• Yes, the control is a switch in the Sonos App. I am profoundly hard of hearing and the voice enhancement allows me to hear every word.

• Yes through the app there is a option to improve the voices in whatever program you are watching. I use ARC from tv to Sonos, not sure if that is necessary for the effect though
