“I am thinking about purchasing a Sony55" class A9G Master Series OLED TV. Does anyone know if the Sonos Arc soundbar is compatible with this TV? I want to get the best sound bar I can for this unit. Thank you.”

Be sure the TV has at a minimum an ARC (HDMI) output. Keep in mind that ARC is different than the standard HDMI. It is the same connection, but the SONOS ARC needs a HDMI ARC output or better yet, the eARC output that is only on newer televisions. eARC provides the best sound to fully utilize the SONOS ARC ATMOS sound. You can use the optical output of the TV with the included optical to HDMI adapter also. My TV is a 2013 SAMSUNG and has the ARC output, not the eARC. I am totally happy with the sound and figure if I don't know what ATMOS sounds like I can't be disappointed. I did buy the sub-woofer and 2 SONSO 1's to go with my setup and am extremely happy with the system.
