When you say refurbish, were they returned broken? null

Tony, I have no way of knowing what the reason was for the speakers being returned but I can tell you that the two I ordered (a Sonos One and a Sonos One SL) are both indistinguishable from new both in appearance and function.

No it was in perfect condition.

Typically opened and returned without issue.
