• A:Answer Tony, I have no way of knowing what the reason was for the speakers being returned but I can tell you that the two I ordered (a Sonos One and a Sonos One SL) are both indistinguishable from new both in appearance and function.

• A:Answer The only other speakers that will definitely play in sync with this speaker are other Sonos products. There are ways to connect to multiple speakers through Airplay 2 but only if your computer is an Apple product and your other speakers support Airplay 2.
