• The HT-NT5 has more power (can deliver slightly louder and clearer sound), 4K pass through for devices such as Bluray and game consoles, however it lacks optical audio that the HTCT800 features.

• Hi comparison, the biggest difference between the two is the HTNT5 has a maximum output power of 400W. The advantage of the HTCT800 is more online app support, like using Spotify as your remote and enhanced Chromecast features (uninterrupted music playback, battery saver for the paired device, and enhanced sound quality if paired via Chromecast).
