QuestionI'm not happy with the output of the subwoofer. I have linked it and the light is green, volume is on 12 (which is the highest setting) but I get little sound out of the SW? Has anyone experienced this and how can I fix it?

QuestionWill my HTCT800 be able to run 4k gaming thru its HDMI port since the hdmi cable map starts from my console, into the HTCT800 then to my Sony Bravia 4k TV?

- Answer Make sure you have the HDMI ARC input on the back of your tv, if you have this you will need to go from your HDMI ARC from your HTCT800 to your tv, then all other devices will go through your sound bar. If you do not have the HDMI ARC on your tv, you will need to add an additional optical connection. I purchased the XBR65X900E 65" tv, HTCT800 sound bar, and UBPX800 4K Blue-ray, and is absolutely amazing.

QuestionI would like to use the soundbars to add music in my kitchen, is there a way to hook up additional hard wired speakers either through this unit or an amp to get music through the bluetooth into another room?

- Answer Hi there, it is not possible to hook up hardwired speakers to this soundbar. However, you may take advantage of this unit's Wireless Multi-Room feature which allows you to listen to the same music in different rooms. This setup requires the use of some of our wireless speakers. QuestionIs it easy to hook up

- Answer I found it pretty easy to setup. I have a TiVo, AppleTV and Blu-ray player. All of which I connect to the sound bar via HDMI. That to a Sony TV. All just worked. Did take the time to update the software/firmware on the sound bar as well. I would say pretty straightforward to do.

QuestionHi! If i buy 2x SRS-ZR5 wireless speaker, can i enjoy 5.1 surround sound(of course the sound source is 5.1)?

- Answer Absolutely! And it sounds amazing. I did find that I had to adjust the output of the wireless surround level to twice that of the soundbar itself. Also, there are times when the soundbar will not produce sound unless you turn wireless surround off and on again.

- Answer You need to have a HDMI port that has ARC(my tv was about 5 years old and had it) Otherwise you need to get an actual sound cord in order for it to work. If you look on your TV it should say HDMI ARC or something like that.

QuestionCan I connect the Sub-woofer by wire if I do not want to use wireless? How wide is the soundbar?

- Answer The Soundbar does not have a RCA port for dedicated subwoofer output. I am an audio snob and the output of the soundbar + sw exceeded my expectations. You can independently control the volume of the sw separate from the overall volume on the remote. It also has an ARC port for the best possible sound. The soundbar is 40.5in wide. Hope this helps.

- Answer Hi Jack, the HTCT800 offers a more powerful audio output at 350W compared to the HTCT790's 330W. However, both speakers are great nonetheless as they support different Dolby audio codecs and streaming apps such as Spotify through their built-in Chromecast. Thanks, -Mark

QuestionI purchased the Ct800, however not getting enough bass on the subwoofer. This occurs with different sources, tv, Bluetooth, etc... and yes I have the SW vol. up to 12! Any help would be appreciated!!

QuestionIt has HDMI ports and HTCP 2.2. Is running your devices directly through the sound bar HDMIs that much better audio than just running then through the tv using ARC? I’m torn between both options.

An HDMI ARC connection preserves audio quality or simulates a setup where you have your devices connected to this soundbar, additionally, it eliminates the need for an optical cable. QuestionThis soundbar connected to TV via HDMI & to AT&T Uverse router via ethernet. All ethernet ports are full on router now, but need 1 to use security camera system. Router has 2 USB & 1 broadband port left. Can soundbar be connected via USB to router?

- Answer It's not a surround sound bar. In order to do that you would need to get a pair of satellite speakers that are positioned to the sides of where you are sitting.

- Answer I bought the CT800 SB several weeks ago and it fits perfectly between the legs of Sony 75" x850f model which I bought also and where they have the same legs as the x900f.
