“I purchased the Ct800, however not getting enough bass on the subwoofer. This occurs with different sources, tv, Bluetooth, etc... and yes I have the SW vol. up to 12! Any help would be appreciated!!”

Hi Nifty, We're sorry to hear that the subwoofer is not performing as expected. Kindly refer to page 66 of this link for troubleshooting steps to help isolate the issue: https://docs.sony.com/release//Manual_4687591121.pdf If still not resolved, kindly reset the unit to factory settings. Refer to page 71 of the link we provided. ~Ralph
