“I purchased the Ct800, however not getting enough bass on the subwoofer. This occurs with different sources, tv, Bluetooth, etc... and yes I have the SW vol. up to 12! Any help would be appreciated!!”

Kindly refer to page 66 of this link for troubleshooting steps to help isolate the issue: https://docs.sony.com/release//Manual_4687591121.pdf If still not resolved, kindly reset the unit to factory settings. • Go into the sound bar settings and you can change it there to give you more bass.
