“I have a Sony soundbar ct800 and the sound from from my PS4 pro does not pass through. The picture is fine but no sound, I have the hdmi going from the PS4 pro through the soundbar. I have a sharp tv with the special hdmi port. Am I missing something?”

Hi, Wildfire121! We're sorry to hear about this. Let's isolate this issue by doing some troubleshooting steps. First, Make sure that your Sharp TV supports HDMI ARC input. Connect an HDMI cable from the HDMI ARC OUT of the Soundbar to the HDMI ARC input of the TV. Then, connect your PS4 to one of the HDMI IN input of the Soundbar. And the last step is to press and switch the input button on the Soundbar to where the PS4 is connected.
