If you have the Soundbar connected to your TV through the HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) connection go to that HDMI port on your TV there you should see the soundbars Home Menu and Setup option at the top of the screen click on settings go to Audio settings first and check the levels 1-12 of the Subwoofer set it closer to 12 for more punch also set the distance of the speakers from your sitting position. The next thing to check is that the Subwoofer is paired with the soundbar they usually are out of the box however if it has not been paired yet this would be your problem again go to the settings menu of the soundbar this time go to system settings and go to Wireless subwoofer connection on the back of the subwoofer press the pairing button located on the back middle of the unit next to the power button upon doing that click on the pair subwoofer option in the system settings menu under wireless subwoofer connection and you should be good to go and if not you got a faulty unit but I believe this should work if done correctly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
