• Yes! It’s the settings menu of the actual sound bar, there’s an option that allows the sound bar to remain on when the tv is cut off.

• Hi z4teen, try turning-off the Bravia-Sync(HDMI CEC) feature of the soundbar. This will stop the TV from turning-on once you turn-on the sound bar. Thanks! ^Ron
