I purchased this yesterday. it works with the bluetooth but i am not getting sound from the tv. I have the HDMI plugged into the ARC slots and I have tried every HDMI setting as well as TV setting. what am i doing wrong? null

Just purchased this as well with a Sony Bravia TV. I had to go to my TV sound settings and change the sound output from TV speakers to “external speakers”.

make sure the cable plugged into box. Box plugged into sound bar. Sound bar plugged into tv . remote must be coded cable box so you can turn tv on and off. Turn on tv with remote , use sound bar remote to turn on sound bar. use hdmi 1 on sound bar plug, then plug into tv. Try that. Hope I helped.
