This appears to be a bug in this monitor, which still a year later has not been fixed. Thankfully I was able to return this. If youre still stuck with this monitor, you can probably get it to come back if you turn the monitor off for a minute or so while its unplugged from power before reconnecting and turning it back on

In the INZONE hub in your task bar, you can open this and check the latest version. If you need to update the M9, please follow the instructions in the INZONE hub before starting the update. Make sure you are using a DisplayPort capable of 1.4 standards. -Ralph
