Q: Questionif i have PS5 plugged into HDMI port 1, can i connect HDMI port 2 to external speakers (utilizing ARC/eARC) ?

• A:Answer Hi Thehoneybadger, Thank you for your inquiry! Unfortunately, the 2 HDMI (Ver. 2.1) port of this gaming monitor does not support the ARC/eARC function. However, it does have a Headphone output port so you can connect your soundbar via Headphone cable (3.5 mm) connection. You can also connect the HDMI OUT jack on the AV device or game console (PS5) and HDMI IN jack on the soundbar with an HDMI cable, then use HDMI OUT on the soundbar (when applicable) to send the video content to the gaming monitor. This will allow the gaming monitor to display the content, while the soundbar plays back audio from the PS5. Hope this helps. Regards, Jess

• A:Answer Hi ziggy, We regret to hear that the monitor is not turning on. These steps may help resolve the issue: 1. Make sure the AC power cord is securely connected to a working wall outlet. -Verify the outlet is working by connecting and checking another device. Otherwise, connect the monitor to a different know working outlet. -If plugged into a power strip or surge protector, unplug the power cord and plug it directly into the wall outlet. If the monitor turns on, the issue is with the power strip or surge protector. 2. Make sure the power cord is securely connected to the back of the monitor. 3. Unplug the monitor power cord from the electrical outlet for at least 30 seconds, then plug it back in. 4. Disconnect all external devices connected to the monitor. 5. Turn on the monitor. The INZONE M9 comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If still not resolved, please let us know. • A:Answer Hi Allen, Thank you for your question around Sony’s INZONE M9 monitor. No, it does not have built-in cooling fan. The ventilation openings in the LCD Monitor are necessary to ensure reliable operation of the LCD Monitor and to protect it from overheating. When installing the monitor against a wall or enclosed area, allow adequate space around the LCD Monitor to ensure proper air circulation. As a general guideline, there should be a clearance of at least 11 7/8 inches (30 cm) above the LCD Monitor and 4 inches (10 cm) on each side. If mounted on the wall, allow at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clearance at the bottom of the screen. Note: • Do not block or cover the ventilation openings with cloth or other materials. • Never place the LCD Monitor in a confined space, such as a bookcase or built-in cabinet, unless proper ventilation is provided. • A:Answer If you are using on ps5, then make sure you have a certified hdmi 2.1 cable. Your settings on the ps5 are important to make 120hz automatic, and turn on VRR (VRR can be set to run on games that don’t support it) honestly if configured right, with equipment that supports the features of this monitor (ps5) than everything should look the best it ever has until you can get an OLED. I’d advise YouTube if all of this made zero since

Please refer to the following information to isolate your picture issue: • Unable to set Picture Adjustment. - Available settings differ depending on the Preset mode or input signals. • When the Preset mode is set as Standard, FPS game, or Cinema: Sony provides the best setting by default, and menu items are grayed out. • When the Preset mode is set to Game1 or Game 2: Can be adjusted with desired settings. If Eco mode is on, the menu items are grayed out. • When the input signal is HDR: Only the Aspect ratio can be set.
