QuestionHow come when I turn on the 4k option and try to play my 120fps games with my PS5 it turns off the 4k. I can only do one or the other and not both like is advertised?!

Set the proper screen resolution on the PS5 (4K) 3. - Answer Yes, and the monitor itself is the best that I have ever owned. I am thinking making about grabbing another one if they drop in price. These were made to be a high end monitor for ps5 or high end computer.

QuestionI love the monitor, But wh does it say searching for signal every time I start a game? It also changed resolution as I’m playing like it black screens for a couple seconds then it changed to a crappy Grey and I’m constantly turning it off and back on.

QuestionTwo questions, would this work well or have comparability issues with my Xbox series x? And two, I’ve seen many reviews saying that this monitor has poor quality control and issues with the screen getting spots and or scan lines, can I replace it if so?

QuestionWhen in HDR mode you can't make any picture adjustments and at least on my model it looks worse than SDR, anyone know a fix for this or I'm sending it back my 300$ Asus looked better.

- Answer Actually my old Asua PG27u had issues with SDR. In windows 11 with the Sony, I can turn on HDR, then using Win11, you can adjust SDR brightness. As long as you did the HDR calibration in Win11, it looks fine.

- Answer This appears to be a bug in this monitor, which still a year later has not been fixed. Thankfully I was able to return this. If youre still stuck with this monitor, you can probably get it to come back if you turn the monitor off for a minute or so while its unplugged from power before reconnecting and turning it back on

QuestionSony why don't you update this panel to be QD OLED? This monitor sounds almost perfect aside from the quality control issues and that fact it doesn't have those features. Does it have VRR and ALLM?

- Answer The monitor supports vrr and allm! It automatically enables them with the ps5. One thing is if playing call of duty mwII, you have to go to settings in the game to enable 120hz.

Questioni jus bought the monitor i love it only issiue i have is when playing desiny 2 the pve side of is 60hz when i go into pvp which is 120hz it goes to black screen then comes back on is there a fox for this bc im assuming its gonna do this on all games

- Answer I believe this happens because the monitor is switching display modes. It would most likely happen every time you change the refresh rate. Most normal monitors do something to that effect.
