Go into your display setting, advanced settings and esure 120, or 144hz is selected. Once you determined your computer is outputting a high resolution. You can navigate the monitor menu with the Toggle above the power button.

In the window that pops up, go to advanced display settings and in there you will see a drop-down menu for refresh rate that should allow you to bump it up to 144. Hit apply and you’re good to go. (If on console, go into the video settings and you should find it there)
