I do not know. The TV set was dented. The installer said he would mke a notatlion and that I could request an exchange. I call Best Buy nd I was told to exchange it Ihad to bring in the store. It has been installed already. I wanted to exchange it for an undented new TV. I am 80 years old and I do not even know how to unscrewed and less to carry it to the store. I asked for a supervisor and I was told in the chat there was no superviso at the chat room. Can you fix this?

I've not tried the Bluetooth on the set -- but, what I've been able to find out: only for Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Thus, not for Bluetooth Audio. Genuinely, look for WLA-NS7 Wireless TV Adapter Model: WLA-NS7 (external Bluetooth transmitter)-- plugs into optical out on the set, and be able to use certain Sony Bluetooth Headphone models. Or, Sony - UBP-X800M2 player has a built in Bluetooth transmitter, and certain soundbars have built in Bluetooth transmitters, too. Nevertheless, if you want Bluetooth Audio transmitter built into the 32inch set: Samsung (QN32Q60A).
