“Is the rattling sound normal for this lens? When it is not powered on, the sound is coming. Anybody facing the same issue?”

Hi tsvpkms, Sony's commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority. The lens does have floating elements inside and will make audible noise when not powered on by the camera. This is a normal behavior with newer lenses. Thank you so much for your question. And thank you for choosing Sony.
