“Can I use these speakers as back elevated surround sound? Or are they only front speakers? I’ve tried wiring them into the surround back/height option on my Sony DH-790 receiver but they don’t seem to be working. Could it just be a setting issue?”

I would use the speakers as my front speakers or my surroundsound speakers not my rear height speakers They sound great using both as front and As surroundsound not Not the Height channel
