• Hi, Yes, it can play photos and videos from a USB device and just press OPTIONS on the remote to loop a certain video. Thanks, >Joffrey

• Yes it will according to the Sony help line. Great 4K tv too with good price.

• Yes, through the USB port on the back of the tv.
