A:AnswerMy 49” Sony sits on a 48” wide stand and the tv has 4 inches on both sides. It looks very nice. I think the stand should be at least 48” so the tv doesn’t overpower stand. Just a thought and hope this helps.

A:AnswerAccording to rtings review site, the TV is native 120hz and does not support variable refresh rate. It will accept 24hz, 60hz, etc, inputs but it all gets converted to 120.
