Hi Ralphie, No, this TV doesn't have a recording feature. The Voice Search function helps(only when pressed on the remote) you find the content you are looking for by listening to your vocalized (spoken) search words. You can turn off the voice command by turning off the Bluetooth or deactivate the microphone button.
