There are quite a few differences in these models. X1 Ultimate is the best processor that Sony uses in 2020 and is used on the X950H, Z8H 8K, A8H Oled and our Master Series A9G Oled tvs from 2019. X1 Ultimate will show superior clarity, color and less noise on overall sources compared to the X800H Full Array local dimming on the X950H to Edge lit frame dimming on the X800H. Superior contrast and HDR highlights can only be shown on a Full Array local dimming tv with the features of the X950H. X950H uses a 120hz panel with X-Motion Clarity and the X800H uses Motion flow 240 but is a 60hz panel. X These and other differences can be found on the link above. Thanks -Jay
