“Why does TV click sometimes when changing stations Every now & then, actually quite often, the TV will make anywhere from a soft to loud clicking noise when changing stations. Can anyone provide a solution to this? We have read various things, talked to various techs and the Best Buy Geek Squad folks & we have tried various settings but the clicking continues.”

• Mine clicks when I play a DVD in my bluray player. I think the click has something to do with the TV switching from 480 SD to 720/1080 HD. I have not noticed this when watching cable, though.

• Re: Clicking when changing stations. Already did what you suggested below. Even replaced the first TV. Still clicks when changing stations. Changed settings, got two different new cable boxes. Clicking continues. Must be a defect in Smart TV's as it doesn't seem to be just SONY. Very annoying.
