• No, but you can install apps from the Google Android TV Play Store. YuppTV app is available there. https://play.google.com/store/apps/collection/promotion_3000e26_androidtv_apps_all?hl=en

• Not that I have seen.. You can try to sideload the app, by putting the tv into developer mode, then allow unspecified sources.
