Yes, check your video settings and see if they are set to standard or enhanced and that those inputs are not turned off. If this fails, use the hdmi cable for your working xbox one and see if that fixes the problem, if so then you need new cables. If not, I would recommend you reach out to sony tech support or read the troubleshooting section of the manual the tv came with or get it from sony support online.
