QuestionI know that Best Buy says that this TV does NOT have HDR, but Sony's website says that it DOES have HDR. Which is the correct spec listing and if Best Buy doesn't have it in HDR, is HDR mode downloadable from Sony's website?

- Answer This model only supports the pre installed Netflix and YouTube, no other software can be added. You'll need a separate device.

Questioni just bought this tv about an hour ago. I got home and it does not have a power cord in the box. I also can't find where you would plug in the power cord on the unit. I have to believe it comes with a power cord. Please advise as BB isn't answering

QuestionMotion is jittery/judders, as if there are frames missing. I have tried adjusting the Motionflow settings from standard, smooth & even off with no difference. I've also tried raising the level of brightness with no difference. How do I make this stop?

- Answer Turn off motion flow, turn off cinemotion, set noise reduction to high on both settings. Basically turn off all motion enhancements set noise reduction to high and select sports for scene select.

- Answer I had the same question before buying it. I was told Best Buy runs specials on certain models and it's that simple. Usually new models are on the way so move the current ones. Overall it's a nice TV. Well worth the money.

- Answer I live in a major metro area, 15 miles from most transmitters. I have a Terk directional amplified antenna. It works great with this Sony set. I get all the signals that I should in this area. The TV tuner does a great job auto scanning for channels, just takes a minute and the set itself switches between channels super fast. Faster than a cable box, sweet !!!

- Answer I hooked mine up to my laptop via an HDMI cable and the picture is very good. It's not 4k quality though. Perhaps there's something that needs adjusting but 1080 res works for me.
