A:AnswerCan't download apps. Does not use Google Play store like on other SOny TVs. Only can use preloaded apps like Netflix. DOes not mean that they can't add Disney + on an update.
A:AnswerJust had a similar problem with mine. The picture kept dropping and then coming back. This happened many times a minute. Turned out to be a bad HDMI cable from the cable company. Hope you still have your TV. Just swap out your cables and your problem should be solved.
