“Motion is jittery/judders, as if there are frames missing. I have tried adjusting the Motionflow settings from standard, smooth & even off with no difference. I've also tried raising the level of brightness with no difference. How do I make this stop?”

Turn off motion flow, turn off cinemotion, set noise reduction to high on both settings. Basically turn off all motion enhancements set noise reduction to high and select sports for scene select.
