A:AnswerI have the 55inch size and the stand was quite solid. When at the store I found that the 75inch size had more sway that I cared for, so there seems to be some size dependence. I ended up mounting the 55 on the wall because of a concern for cats passing by.

You'll definitely need a power converter since the TV is only equipped to handle 110v. Aside from this, you may need to make sure you'll be using HDMI input or some kind of digital converter to view things. The the television signal standard in the US and outside of it is different and the TV itself may not be able to decode signals from just an antenna, as an example.
