Yes, it flashes a wide mode text box in the picture during playback randomly, its kind of like picture in picture.

I would say "yes". I use the PIP controls on my Time Warner remote.

Hi Maddog, the PIP feature is currently not available on Android TVs. A software update is being worked on to add this feature to the TV in the future. Thanks! ^Ron
