It will only pickup ports that items are connected to.

Hi Jmk89, Thank you for choosing Sony! The screen settings are greyed out as the apps setup the TV by the content. Screen options are mostly for TV Channels broadcast, due to the many spec that broadcasters can use.

For the Roku device some options will still be available depending on the content.
