Check your motion setting in your setup menu. I found it very helpful going on YouTube to find answers too.

If it is detecting poor signal, you may get a mediocre picture. If you plan on getting this TV, we recommend upgrading your cable box as well to get the best viewing experience. Regards, -Mark
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unless you are using one of the cable/satellite providers that stream at 4k, your picture is being processed by a controller. Upscaling from 720 to 1080 works better than 1080 to 4k. Sports, with quick action and rapid ball movement do not upscale well to 4k. Passably, yes. Well, no. Picture break up could be your isp/cable provider. Scale down the tv to 1080p and see if the breakups still occur. If yes, that's the provider. If no, it is likely the processor.
