I don't have the issue on my set. Perhaps it has been addressed in an update.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you were streaming via Wifi you may have had bufffeting due to the subpar broadband speed. I live in a condo and we have a whole house account with default Wifi at 50 mbps we should will be bypassing the 100 mbps and going to 300 mbps per our new contract. In my opinion, you need at least 100 mbps and 300 mbps would be optimal for gaming purposes. 100 / 300 mbps should help address any "ghosting" or as Sony calls it "Juddering". Per the aforementioned the problem you experience may be attributed to WIfi speed. If not, the issue may with cable channels (signals thru your cable service provider i.e. National Geographic, etc.) or it could be your cable provider (i.e. Spectrum). You may want to start with Technical Services of your cable service provider.
