Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi LEKmom12, Thank you for your inquiry. You cannot manually adjust the refresh rate, as this TV has a native refresh rate of 120Hz. However, you can set the HDMI signal format to "Standard" to disable the 120 Hz feature and lower the refresh rate to 60Hz, and set it to "Enhanced" to enable the 120 Hz feature. Please note that this option is primarily available for HDMI IN 3 and IN 4. To change the HDMI signal format setting, press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [Channels & Inputs] — [External inputs] — [HDMI signal format] —Available HDMI signal formats. This TV also features motion smoothing. The Motionflow function creates interpolated images to make the picture smooth. You can set motionflow to Off if this function is not really needed.
