Hi cjs3120, Thank you for the inquiry. Make sure that the Google Chromecast built-in app is updated and enabled to ensure the good quality of the streaming services. We apologize for the inconvenience, the X950H doesn't support features specified in the HDMI 2.1 standard but the X900H will via software update. Thanks, Jay
