• Hi Helpmeagain, Thanks for your inquiry. When the TV is off or in stand-by mode, the USB ports may turn off and on at various times, this is normal. There's no user settings to control when the USB ports are turned on or off. Note: The USB ports are not intended for powering external USB bias lighting or similar devices. Hope this helps, -Ralph
