Mine required an update too stating it could take an hour. I think the total update took about 15 minutes, it restarted, and worked perfectly. Sorry, I can't help more other than tell you mine said the same thing when I first connected it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Seems like something happened during the update or the WiFi signal was dropping. In this case I would hard reset the tv. Five the sony support a call they will walk you through it.
