“I can’t seem To get a good picture people are greenish and it seems blurry I understand it has motion issues ?? What do I do to get a good quality picture I feel like constantly trying to adjust”

Change the picture mode to Cinema Pro.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on the source of your material too. My z9d displays stunning video from 4K blu rays or Apple TV 4K streaming. But my DISH channels look awful in comparison and very washed out. I recommend testing different picture settings because these aren’t well calibrated out of the box.
