• My looked Great right out of the Box. I would check with Sony or have tech come out and adjust it for you. It is possible you got a Lemon.

• Depends on the source of your material too. My z9d displays stunning video from 4K blu rays or Apple TV 4K streaming. But my DISH channels look awful in comparison and very washed out. I recommend testing different picture settings because these aren’t well calibrated out of the box.
