Yes, you can plug up to 4 HDMI auxiliaries into the sound bar, including the television with ARC.

Yes, Plug your PlayStation and Blue ray player into the sound bar and ARC out of sound bar to ARC in on your tv.

Yes. I have almost a similar set up and the UHD, PS4 Pro and apple TV 4k are all plugged into the sound bar

Yes. Plug your device into one of the HDMI ports then plug an HDMI cable into the ARC port from the sound bar into the ARC port on your TV.

that's how I got it...mu x800 n ps4 hooked up to da bar..then arc tv and bar. perfect combo
