• The Soundbar has its own Atmos.Everything will have Atmos.

• It is a self-contained unit and has an ATMOS processor inside. That being said the source material (Blu_Ray) will need to be capable of outputting an ATMOS signal. Keep in mind that sound bars simulate the soundfield. Sony calls this sound bar 7.1.2. There are 2 upward firing speakers to simulate the height channel but the rest (5) are forward firing. This sound bar sounds awesome, but it is not a true 7.1.2 system which is the case for any soundbar.
