Yes, There are settings in the system that you can apply for height from ceiling and viewing/listening distance.

This is one of the few Dolby atmos bars that when setting up allows you to input exactly how high it is from the ceiling, as well as how far away it is from where you are sitting.. so that it can throw the sound around the room in the perfect way for your particular area.. you should be fine
