I have done that! I got the run-around there as well. I have been told that my only option is for a tech to come look at it, but after having the amount of problems this TV has had from day 1, I feel that the appropriate thing to do would be to exchange it. Apparently that is not an option. I do not have time to take off more work to deal with this.
