When I use the Ethernet port on the television to connect to my modem, it’s rare that you would have that problem. Most of the time it’s the internet connection method. Wired is best, if possible. I have never activated or connected my accounts with the chrome cast and could be the reason why I never had that issue with any TV brand. I have bought and tested hundreds of TVs.
