Hi JorgeV, The picture quality of the TV will also depend on the source or the connection used. For this TV, we highly recommend using a premium high-speed HDMI cable to connect your devices such as your cable box. Make sure the cable is connected securely to both the TV and the cable box. I bought the same tv about 2 weeks ago and have noticed that the clarity is no better than the 65 inch LG I had. I even purchased the 4K hdmi cable for better clarity but it didn’t help the picture so I refunded the cable. According to one of the salesman the clarity has to do with the cable companies not being able to provide the 4K clarity the 4K uhd tv is capable of providing . I have Verizon Fios and the clarity is no better.
