“I recently purchased the Sony X750H. I have a Samsung HW-Q60R sound bar that I purchased previously from Best Buy. I was told that the sound bar would work. It works but, the sound is much lower now on the new TV. Please Help.”

Hi David, Yes, you can connect the soundbar using compatible connections such as HDMI(ARC), HDMI/Optical digital audio cable, Optical digital audio cable only, Analog Audio cable only, and connect your other device to the TV and Soundbar.
