Hi Jason, Sony commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority. Let me provide you with some of the differences of the 2 cameras and let you decide if it's worth upgrading. The A6600 now have 425 contrast detection AF points compared to 169 of A6300. The LCD on the A6600 now tilts 180 degrees and now has touchscreen functions.
