• Yes you can use canon mounts lenses, you will need either the metabones mark iv or v adapter or the sigma mc-11 adapter.

• Yes You can...Im currently using my Canon lenses...24-70mm f2.8 II and 70-200mm F2.8 as well as 100mm F2.8 Macro, 50mm f1.8 STM and 85mm f1.8 on A7 mark 2 using Sigma MC-11. All works great and will work even better on the A7 III with improved focusing system offered by mark III. Honestly thinking about selling my 80D and 5D mark IV bodies
