“Is the camera supposed to delay quite a bit after the picture is taken to view it or delete it? Then once it is deleted it delays to go to the next picture.”

Hi, There will be a slight delay when playing saving, playing back or deleting an image if there are a lot of files inside the card. This happens to all digital cameras since the camera needs time to process the individual pics. If possible, format the card, once you back up the images in the computer. Hope this helps.
