Yes, it has wifi. The sensor is "full frame" in the sense that it's the same size as 35mm film, and has absolutely no relationship to a dslr except that many dslrs also contain "full frame" sensors. The notable difference between this camera and a dslr is that this camera contains no mirror. The viewfinder is electronic. It is an excellent camera, but it is mirrorless, so you might want to research a bit to make sure it's right for you and your needs.

The nice thing about the Sony a7Rii is that it is a full frame camera but you can crop the image with software such as Light Room or other Photo software. An example would be if you had taken a photo with a person and there's something in the background on the edge of the photo that you wish wasn't in the picture, with this camera you can crop or scale down and resize the image removing what was on the edge of the photo that you didn't like.
