Take a look at products by Metabones. Be mindful that some adapter do not translate lens control functions.

Yes and No. If you look for Nikon adapter for Sony E-mount, you will find that there are some adapters for certain lenses. You'd need to do some research to see which ones do. For an example, you can look at this link below.
